Understanding Mental Diversity from the Inside Out
Mandating or even choosing diversity of color, culture or gender does not guarantee effectiveness. Inclusiveness does not guarantee tolerance or acceptance. If you want to build a high performing organization, you need to understand the implications of mental diversity, how we naturally seek diversity and how to unleash the effectiveness that mental diversity offers.
